Leader’s give final totals to Allyson
Status of MWR request for future sales if needed not needed due to downrange donations
Bunnies - 1 for each girl who sold cookies

Upcoming Events:
Mother Daughter Tea
Planning committee met on Monday, April 15th (Jennifer Collins, Amanda Thompson, Cecelia Clark, Heidi Robbins, and Andrea Miles)
Invitations for troops to hand out – Thank you Cecelia for creating the invitations!
Distributing via email to FRSA’s to send out to FRG Leaders and paper copies to schools and CDC. Looking into having ad on channel 2.
May 17th 2-4 pm @ Rheinlander
Digital camera uploaded to Snapfish so guests can order what they’d like
Prize basket for Early Bird Registrations (+ earn Early Bird patch)
Crafts: flower pot and tissue paper flowers
Girls will receive fan and/or gloves based on registrations

Cynthia Raugh will post tea flyer at the CMR and chapel. She is checking with the HS video class about making a video of the tea to send to dad’s that are deployed
